The 3 seconds rule means that as soon as you see a girl you like, you should approach her. It means that if you’re at a bar waiting to get served and a sexy girl walks up to the space beside you, smile and say something.
Ideally you should have a few openers that you can use to initiate a conversation, but if you don’t, approach anyway.
